Need: As part of a site-wide effort to enhance user experience and boost conversions, the homepage required a complete redesign to better align with performance goals and establish a refreshed visual identity.
Solution: The original layout included unnecessary elements, underperforming category placements, and lacked visual appeal. The redesign takes a more strategic approach—making more use of negative space, clearly separating categories for improved readability, and introducing module sections that highlight promotions and new products more effectively. Need: Like the previous homepage layout, the category tiles lacked visual impact and competed with surrounding elements, resulting in a cluttered and monotonous user experience.
Solution: Removed the top banner to reduce visual clutter, redesigned the related category tiles for a more modern look, and added hover effects to top-level categories, showcasing both real-world product applications and isolated product images to give users a clearer understanding of each category.
